Job Description :
As an Executive Assistant / Travel Planner, you will be pproviding global supports such as, organizing e2e travel plan such as booking flights, hotels transportations and submitting expenses; assisting on-site meetings such as reserving meeting room, facilitating guest's attendance, arranging food services; ordering office supplies and equipment; Assisting with various administrative tasks across departments.
Responsibilities :
- Organize end-to-end travel plans, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, as well as submitting expense reports.
- Assist with on-site meetings, including reserving meeting rooms, facilitating guest attendance, and arranging food services.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Support various administrative tasks across departments as needed.
- Provide administrative support to 6-7 team members, including the France team.
Experience and Skills :
Minimum 6 years of administrative experience.Strong skills in Microsoft Office, with advanced proficiency in Excel.Experience with digital tools such as Concur.Global / international experience is required.Bachelor's degree required, but candidates with a High School Diploma and 8-10 years of relevant experience will be considered.Hybrid - will need to come on site for events.The hourly range for roles of this nature are $35.00 to $45.00 / hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
