Apprentice Carpenter / Bathroom Remodeler

40000 - $60000 / year

500 sign-on bonus

Re-Bath of Utah  is growing! We are looking for Apprentice Carpenters / Bathroom Remodelers to join our growing team ASAP. We build lifelong relationships between our company and major home improvement retail stores to keep you busy full-time. No subcontractors, no 1099, this is a full-time position with Great People. Qualified candidates will be accountable, dependable, and customer service-focused.

Since 1978, Re-Bath is the nation’s largest bathroom remodeler and has completed over 1,000,000+ bathroom remodels. Our customers love our premium materials and streamlined process. The role of the Apprentice is to assist in the installation of Re-Bath products and provide services as prescribed in the company's processes and procedures.

Deconstruction and installation training is provided by the company. Apprentices are essential to the on-site installment of our product line. Professional appearance, attitude, and demeanor are critical attributes of a successful apprentice. Taking direction, being efficient and organized while taking the initiative to promote positive customer experiences.

Installation technician apprentices enjoy excellent industry-leading compensation while learning the skill sets required for advancement!

Job Requirements

• Working in an efficient, neat, and orderly manner while in customers' homes
• Willingness to learn our products and installations methods
• A professional appearance, dress, grooming
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service and customer relationships.
• Travel to and from our customer's homes in a Company-provided vehicle
• Must be self-driven and be able to work independently
• Must be able to approach customers with professionalism and confidence. They're trusting you to deliver great work.
• Background checks are part of our hiring process
• Have a Valid Driver’s License
• Know how to use a “smartphone” and the “worldwide web”
• Must be proficient at measuring, and cutting accurately; must have the basic construction skill set.
• General mechanical aptitude required.
