Job description

Zurich North America is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join the Information Technology Services group working in a hybrid schedule from the New York City Soho office.

Responsibilities :

  • Deskside and remote technical support.
  • Ticket management within ServiceNow.
  • PC deployment and setup.
  • Troubleshooting complex IT issues.
  • Collaborating and knowledge sharing with a remote team.

Basic qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 or more years of experience in the Desktop Support are OR
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the Desktop Support area
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Strong problem-solving analytical skills
  • Able to develop and drive initiatives with minimal oversight or guidance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in desktop technical support Incident resolution.
  • Experience in tools like Service now, Active Directory
  • Experience in hardware troubleshooting
  • Knowledge Microsoft Config Manager (Previously known as SCCM), Microsoft Intune tools
  • Tech savvy possesses a natural curiosity, problem solving and strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in asset lease deployment coordination
  • Experience in DEX (Digital employee experience) analysis
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 / 11
  • At Zurich, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Additional rewards may encompass short-term incentive bonuses and merit increases. We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond the provided range to apply as they will be considered based on their experience, skills, and education. The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is $66,750.00 to $109,375.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 10%.
