We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic professionals with experience in the health, fitness, or wellness industries for an Assistant General Manager position. If selected, all new hires may have to complete all aspects of trainingincluding both Stretch Practitioner and Sales Associate certificationswhere they will learn, practice, and test our proprietary modalities and operational systems.

As part of your role, you will perform both practitioner-assisted stretches and client engagement activities, delivering a comfortable, effective, and life-enhancing experience that boosts energy, improves flexibility, and enhances overall wellness.

The responsibilities of an Assistant General Manager include introducing prospective clients to the Stretch Zone method and presenting customized programs tailored to their needs, assisting in maintaining client programs and providing weekly practitioner-assisted stretches, supporting the General Manager in achieving studio goals, overseeing operations, scheduling, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and delivering excellent client service, effective stretching techniques, and fostering an environment that promotes long-term client loyalty and satisfaction.
