Summary
HR Green is seeking a strategic and dynamic leader to serve as Group Director – Engineering Services within our Municipal Services Business Unit , overseeing teams across California, Colorado, and North Texas . In this role, you will work closely with the Business Unit President to drive innovation, operational excellence, and business growth within Engineering Services.
You will lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring the successful delivery of municipal engineering services while overseeing financial performance, business development, and market expansion. A strong focus on strategic growth and client relationship management is essential, as you will play a key role in strengthening HR Green’s presence and identifying new opportunities.
Collaboration is at the heart of this position—you’ll work alongside other leaders, Group Leaders, and Managers to foster staff development and ensure the team has the resources and expertise needed for success. Additionally, you may manage key projects and contracts while engaging with Business Units and other client initiatives. Compensation Range
$154,500.00 - $235,900.00
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and California SB 1162The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to : individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location. The total annual compensation package may consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate, after a qualifying period, in our performance and discretionary incentive bonus program(s).
