Pay Range : $16$18 per hour , based on experience and case needs Flexible schedules and weekly pay

About the Client

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Home Health Aide to provide essential care for a wonderful 76-year-old female client residing in her home in Troy, MI.

Our client recently sustained a hip fracture and is currently wheelchair-bound. She is recovering and requires reliable, ongoing support to maintain her well-being and progress through her rehabilitation.

Client Needs and Responsibilities :

The primary responsibilities of the aide will include :

• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) : Providing respectful assistance with personal care, dressing, hygiene, and other daily needs.
• Safe Transfers : Assisting with transfers into and out of the wheelchair using proper body mechanics and adaptive equipment (as necessary).
• Appointment Assistance & Transportation : Safely accompanying the client to and from her important therapy and medical appointments. Reliable personal transportation is required.
