UX Researcher – Hybrid Schedule in Plano, TX

Robert Half, Marketing & Creative is looking for a UX Researcher for an ongoing contract, full 40 hours a week, with three days on‑site in Plano. The role involves leading research initiatives across multiple product lines and designing and executing mixed‑method research, both qualitative and quantitative.

As a UX Researcher you will uncover actionable insights to influence product roadmaps and business strategy, and advocate for thoughtful, evidence‑based design in a fast‑paced, screen‑heavy industry.

5+ years of UX research or product research experience in enterprise or complex product environments

Expertise in both generative and evaluative research methods

Strong ability to break down quantitative and qualitative data into strategic insights

Story‑telling documentation and presentation skills

Available to start ASAP and work a hybrid schedule out of Plano, Texas

Nice to have : familiarity with construction, architecture or CAD software

Nice to have : experience in healthcare or medical industries, with complex dashboards
