We are adding to our team and looking for a Partner Marketing Specialist.
At SavvyMoney, the Partner Marketing Specialist is an essential role in helping the company scale engagement with financial institution partners, while creating processes to gain efficiencies and establish / optimize best practices. This role will support the Vice President, Partner Marketing, to enable engagement touchpoints across partners.
We are looking for someone who is a collaborator, strategic thinker, effective influencer, understands our business, and who can rapidly demonstrate impact and value to the organization. The ideal candidate combines customer / partner strategy, administrative, and Salesforce experience, and can thrive in high-growth and fast-paced environments.
Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Vice President, Partner Marketing, and Partner Marketing and design teams on collateral asset ideas for Partner Engagement optimization initiatives.Provides daily administrative support to ensure the functionality and coordination of the partner engagement team which includes data entry, analysis, reporting, and CRM maintenance.Compose and post content on the SavvyMoney partner portal, The SavvyMoney Hub.Assist in creating strategies to drive engagement to the SavvyMoney Hub.Assist with content creation and data analysis to improve partner optimization and success.Support our Partner Managers with ongoing marketing content support requests.Measure, report, and communicate the success of marketing metrics / KPIs for partner engagement activities.Proactively manage the Marketing Customizations ticketing queue and communicate progress internally and externally within Salesforce.Use existing key partner insights and data to establish and implement impactful messaging and ideasAssist in the updating of documentation, training materials, and Confluence for the partner engagement team.To be Successful in this Role

2-3 years of relevant experienceBachelor's degree preferredA background in financial services is a strong plusExperience with Salesforce is highly desirableProficiency with design and presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative CloudStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement data and apply it to strategy and decision-makingComfortable working with diverse teams and adapting to different working styles and personalitiesSkilled at translating technical concepts into clear, simple language for non-technical audiencesExcellent communicator and collaborator-able to navigate cross-functional teams, adapt to changing priorities, and influence stakeholders through both written and verbal communicationBase salary
The annual base salary for this position is between $70,000.00 and $85,000.00, depending upon experience and geography.
