Disbursement Clerical Support

We are in the business of home ownership and are looking for a Disbursement Clerical Support person who will find a career with us. This non-exempt role is perfect for someone who is very detail oriented as you will review and determine whether Mortgage Connect is providing the most accurate information at the time of payment. Your typical duties will include printing checks, mailing out checks, compiling spreadsheets and sorting returned mail.

Strong attention to detail

• Data entry
• Compiling spreadsheets
• Printing and sorting checks : Reviewing a list of escrow and recording checks and printing along with documentation
• Discrepancy investigation and resolution Sorting through return mail and deciding action that needs taken
• Have an understanding of all Disbursement checks Able to assist Disbursement team with sorting and sending out checks
