Customer Service Representative

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support for healthcare-related outreach projects.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to inform individuals about program qualifications and schedule appointments

Document all communication and maintain records of interactions

Troubleshoot equipment issues remotely and visit the office for unresolved technical problems

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in customer service and call center operations

Experience with data entry and accuracy in documenting interactions

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Remote Desktop applications

Ability to work remotely in a distraction-free environment with reliable internet connectivity

Bilingual candidates, particularly Spanish speakers, are highly preferred
