Call Center Support Specialist | Greenville

The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy, one of the largest early education and childcare companies in the United States, is seeking a Call Center Support Specialist to assist our corporate facilities team! We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you.

The successful candidate will help assist the Facilities help desk. This includes coordinating facilities-related requests for all schools in 8 states, including property maintenance and repair, fleet maintenance, and engaging third-party contractors. Pay rate of $15 per hour. 11 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM shift Bright futures start here! The Sunshine House is much more than daycare for children 6 weeks to 12-years-old. Position Responsibilities :

• Deliver facility-related customer support to 100+ sites via help desk system, email, and phone.
• Diagnose and resolve issues by using established protocols; redirect issues to appropriate resources, as needed.
• Accurately process and record calls; maintain accurate and thorough records in database.
• Obtain bids from contractors for upgrades and present recommendations for approval.
