Market Delivery Supervisor
As a Market Delivery Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind the seamless operation of our delivery services, leading a team that ensures our customers receive exceptional service. By managing the productivity of our local Lowe's associates, you directly affect the efficiency of our supply chain. From managing daily tasks to surpassing major milestones, every delivery you oversee will reflect our commitment to our customers and communities.
In this role, you'll use your leadership and communication skills to manage, coach, and train our Cross-Dock Terminal (XDT) Lowe's associates. You'll handle inventory flow, manage associate schedules and tasks, and resolve customer escalations. Other integral parts of your role include resolving same-day delivery issues and building a positive team environment.
Key responsibilities include managing a market-based team, overseeing delivery operations, performance management, and analyzing call metrics for process improvements. You'll interview, hire, and train associates on Home Delivery processes and systems. You'll motivate and manage associates daily, creating and promoting daily schedules. You'll communicate with customers on escalated issues, lead problem-solving efforts, and enhance customer delivery experiences.
Minimum qualifications include five years of supply chain leadership experience and a high school diploma or GED. Preferred qualifications include two years of supply chain leadership experience and a bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain, or a related field.
