OVERVIEW :

Our store teammates are passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and execution standards, and ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities include :

• Greeting everyone and proactively approaching customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Upholding company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc.
• Promoting company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.).
• Adhering to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Maintaining confidentiality of all company information.
• Creating an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customer) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
• Taking an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Performing other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications :

Targeted pay range : $15.00 - $22.00. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. DICK'S Sporting Goods complies with all state paid leave requirements.
