Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced Data Analyst to join our Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) team. This role is responsible for analyzing healthcare-related data, developing reports, and ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data analysis, SQL, and data warehousing best practices, with a focus on supporting healthcare-related data systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze healthcare-related data to support business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL and other BI tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and analyses.
• Perform data profiling and validation to identify data anomalies.
• Document data processes and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide regular project updates to customers and maintain strong communication.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical training as needed.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Perform additional duties as required to support project and organizational goals.
