Housekeeper Utility

We are hiring immediately for a full time Housekeeper Utility position.

Location : UM Rehab and Orthopaedic Institute - 2200 Kernan Drive, Gwynn Oak, MD 21207. Note : online applications accepted only.

Schedule : Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, hours may vary, including rotating weekends; more details upon interview.

Requirement : Previous experience in hospitality, data entry, and customer service is required.

Fixed Pay Rate : $20.00 per hour

Job Summary

Summary : Maintains facility areas and keeps equipment clean and orderly. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Maintains and services cleaning equipment.
• Stocks cleaning carts with supplies.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization in storeroom and closets.
• Collects, transports, and disposes of trash, bio-hazardous materials following established safety protocols.
• Fixes and maintains cleaning equipment.
• Identifies potential safety hazards and acts accordingly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
