Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Healthcare Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries in both English and Spanish

Handle inbound calls and outbound campaigns regarding health insurance policies and benefit updates

Support customers in completing orders and updating personal account information

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Fluency in both English and Spanish

Typing speed of 25 words per minute

Intermediate / advanced technical proficiency to navigate multiple systems

Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
