What the Role Will Entail

Alliance Hospitality Group is seeking a Graphic Designer to support our growing portfolio of restaurant concepts across Los Angeles and Arizona. This role will work closely with the Director of Marketing to execute thoughtful, brand-forward design across print and digital platforms. We are looking for a designer with strong technical skills, a refined aesthetic, and the ability to bring bold, concept-driven ideas to life while maintaining consistency across multiple brands.

• Design and update restaurant menus (dinner, brunch, bar, wine, catering) in Adobe InDesign, including multi-page booklet layouts
• Execute seasonal menu updates and marketing collateral in collaboration with the Marketing team
• Create advertising posters, table inserts, check presenters, signage, and other print materials
• Develop graphic assets in Adobe Illustrator (vector artwork, brand elements, layouts)
• Use Adobe Photoshop for image editing, mockups, and promotional materials
• Design branded apparel and merchandise as needed
• Build clean, professional presentations in Canva, PowerPoint, or similar platforms
• Assist with light website design updates (Squarespace knowledge is a plus)
• This role supports multiple restaurant brands on an as-needed basis, offering variety and creative range within a collaborative team structure.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Has a strong creative eye and isn't afraid of bold design
• Enjoys hospitality, branding, and experiential spaces
• Thrives in a collaborative environment
• Balances creativity with organization and efficiency.
• 2-4+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience with multi-page layouts and print production
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates both creative concepting and production execution
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage timelines and shifting priorities
• A designer who understands how to adapt visually across different brand identities
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide personalized recommendations to guests.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a particular attention to detail.
• Background working in restaurants and understanding restaurant operations.

• Persons performing service in this position will exert 30 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
