Employed Primary care openings in Northern Michigan – FQHC setting

• Regional FQHC is looking to add additional primary care providers
• Outpatient only setting with no call
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine training required. Must be BE/BC
• Group has 13 total clinics in Northern Michigan.
• E-Clinical works EMR
• Base salary is guaranteed for 3 years plus WRVU bonus incentives and another $20,000 in quality measures. Negotiable salary starting at $216,000/annually
• Paid Medical, dental, malpractice, life insurance, LTD, STD, 401K with 3% match and 30 days of PTO. CME funds of $2500 in year one and $3500 in year 2.
• 2 Universities in the area including a great technical school.
• Beautiful community located on the shores of Lake Superior. 2 hours from Marquette, MI and 4.5 hours from Duluth, MN
• Able to sponsor J1 visa holders under HHS or H1-B cap-exempt
