Wykagyl Country Club is entering an exciting phase of strategic development, with the Board and Committees engaged in long‑term master planning to ensure the club’s continued excellence and relevance for future generations. Current priorities include evaluating and enhancing key facilities, improving operational efficiencies, and refining member experiences across all amenities. The next General Manager / COO will play an integral role in guiding these initiatives—collaborating with leadership, staff, and members to bring the club’s strategic vision to life. Experience leading or contributing to master planning and capital improvement projects is highly desirable.

Salary and Benefits

Salary is open and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Range $230,000 - $300,000 plus annual bonus
