Overview : Working under general supervision of the VP, Technology Integration and Distribution Center, relying on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals, the Sr. Manager, Depot Operations provides leadership for the technical operation teams in the Depot. Through effective management and adequate training of technical operation team resources, the Sr. Manager ensures the timely fulfillment of customer orders, depot repairs and warranty work while maintaining high quality standards for the work performed. The Sr Manager ensures the capabilities of the technical staff are kept current with new technologies and value add service demands.
