Salary : $250,000 - $375,000 per year

Reporting directly to the Company's CEO, the General Counsel will manage or support general corporate and securities matters, offer primary legal support, and advise on business development and financing transactions. You will lead contract negotiations and maintain compliance with laws / regulations specific to the retail contracts, food distribution and trading industries, as well as oversee and provide guidance on ongoing litigation and serve as the main point of contact for external law firms currently engaged.

This role requires collaboration with the CEO and Management Team, serving as the sole in-house legal advisor, keeping us one step ahead in all legal matters. This is a great opportunity for someone experienced to build out our legal team as our company continues to strive and grow!
