NOC Engineer

A company is looking for a NOC Engineer (Overnight).

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve network outages and service interruptions

Utilize network monitoring tools and ticket tracking systems for issue diagnosis and resolution

Participate in on-call rotation and liaise between engineering and client staff

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or equivalent experience

CCNA Certification or higher

A Wireless Certification (CWNA / CWNP, Cisco, or Aruba)

Knowledge of enterprise LANs, Wi-Fi / WLANs, and routing protocols

Understanding of NOC's escalation and incident management processes
