Salary Range : $70,000 – $80,000 per year

We’re currently seeking a Luxury Multifamily Property Manager to lead operations at a small, high-end residential community near Camarillo, CA. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced property manager who thrives on autonomy, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and has a passion for elevating resident experiences.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing Class A or strong Class B properties , be comfortable working independently, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day property operations , ensuring the highest standards of presentation, maintenance, and service.
• Lead leasing and marketing efforts , including utilizing social media and event planning to drive occupancy and resident engagement.
• Manage property financials , including budgets, rent collections, and variance reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors, and the community.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure a smooth, consistent resident experience .
• Take full ownership of the property’s success — from occupancy to retention.
