Inventory Specialist

Pay : $15.00 / hour

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

As an Inventory Specialist, you'll be responsible for tracking and managing inventory levels with accuracy and care. You'll use inventory software to log incoming and outgoing materials, conduct regular audits, and help ensure operations run smoothly by keeping inventory aligned with production and delivery schedules.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain and update inventory using software systems
• Conduct stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Generate inventory reports and help forecast future needs
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to support supply chain needs
• Schedule deliveries, support logistics, and verify data accuracy
• Assist with annual inventory counts and report repair / maintenance needs
