IDS is seeking a Primary Instructor / Site Lead to lead a Technical Assistance Field Team (TAFT) that will provide i n-country training , tec h n i cal support, and advice for H I MARS Systems in O r zysz , Poland.  The Primary Instructor / Site Lead will be responsible for the management and execution of contract requirements, and must be able to direct trainers and effectively interface with the client.

Responsibilities :

• Serves as primary in-country point of contact, lead instructor, and supervisor for TAFT.
• Acts as liaison between all stakeholders.
• Responsible for the instruction of specific lesson(s) of the Program.
• Assures that students obtain proficiency in each module of instruction before they proceed to the next area of instruction.
• Responsible for the design, development, administration, and grading of all written and practical examinations.
• Responsible for assuring that course goals and objectives are met IAW the PWS.
• Provides instructors and students with counsel, mentoring, and assessment of their academic performance as required.
