Job descriptionImplement automated tracking systems to monitor partnership engagement activities, referral performance, and client retention rates. Oversee cold calling efforts, introducing partnership opportunities to medical facilities, repair shops, and towing companies. Drive process improvements in lead qualification and follow-up workflows, ensuring that every referral is efficiently tracked and converted. Manage collision repair referral processes, ensuring rejected leads receive real time body shop referrals while automating tracking in Filevine. Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, ensuring they have the best tools, processes, and insights to excel. Build automated dashboards to track team performance, providing real-time visibility into conversion rates, pipeline health, and partner engagement. Implement process automation and AI-driven solutions to streamline communication, reporting, and follow-ups. Establish performance benchmarks and KPIs based on real-time data, ensuring constant optimization of lead acquisition and conversion processes. Design and execute data-driven client engagement programs, including cheese roll deliveries based on predictive retention analytics. Implement automated follow-ups with referred clients to ensure seamless experiences and long-term retention. Track client sentiment and feedback through automated surveys, using AI-based sentiment analysis tools. Oversee Filevine tracking and documentation, ensuring accurate, real-time reporting on referrals, lead conversions, and partner interactions. Implement data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau) to track KPIs and optimize business development performance. Generate weekly and monthly reports with clear data-backed insights and actionable process improvements. 10+ years of experience in business development, revenue growth, or strategic partnerships, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Master of Data & Reportingyou love analyzing, tracking, and optimizing business development metrics. Tech-Driven & Automation-Focusedyou understand CRM systems, AI-based recruitment tools, and automation platforms to improve efficiency.
