Your Mission :

As a Lead Install Technician, you'll be leading and guiding your team of install techs on residential installation jobs. You will coordinate and manage install projects, mentor your crew, and ensure all work meets our quality and safety standards.

What You Bring to the Table :

3+ years of HVAC install experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or guiding role.
