Referral Partner / Sales Rep (Plumber Networks)

We're a growing restoration and remodeling company based in New Jersey looking to build a referral-partner sales channel. We're seeking a motivated individual - ideally with existing contacts in the plumbing / trade industry - to connect us with plumbers who can refer jobs that require water mitigation, mold remediation, remodels, or bathroom / kitchen upgrades.

What You'll Do :

• Reach out to local plumbers / plumbing companies.
• Present our full-service restoration / remodeling offering - emphasize water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and remodeling work.
• Encourage them to refer jobs to us (homeowners or commercial clients) whenever plumbing reveals water damage or when clients want remodels.
• Track referrals and coordinate hand-offs internally so our crews can follow up.
• Follow up on referred leads, schedule inspections or estimates, and help convert leads when needed (if commission-based).
