Requires every other weekend and holiday rotation commitment Per Diem, Part Time and Full Time openings vary by shift Shift(s) : Day 7am - 3pm, Evening 3pm - 11pm, Night 11pm - 7am

Job Summary :
The Licensed Practical Nurse will be required to perform the necessary functions to ensure resident / patient care safety and satisfaction. The LPN will assume charge nurse responsibilities as assigned and will report to the Registered Nurse / RN Supervisors.
