Overview
Seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent & Development Specialist to lead learning, development, and employee engagement initiatives. This role partners closely with HR and business stakeholders to deliver best-in-class employee experiences through talent programs, LMS administration, and training content.
Key Responsibilities
Talent & HR Partnership
- Collaborate with HR leaders to integrate learning and development strategies into broader HR initiatives.
- Project manage key talent processes : performance management (goal setting, mid-year, year-end), succession planning, and more.
- Maintain strong relationships with external learning vendors to source and implement innovative solutions.
- Facilitate weekly new hire orientation and develop ongoing firmwide employee development content.
Learning Management System (LMS) & eLearning
Lead full administration of the LMS (UKG ProLearning), optimizing usage and alignment with business learning goals.Manage all LMS functions - course creation, auto-assignment rules, leave adjustments, dashboard reviews, and reporting.Partner with compliance teams to ensure all programs meet regulatory and industry standards.Coordinate with global partners to align learning programs enterprise-wide.Develop and maintain engaging e-learning content via platforms like Coursera and Pluralsight.Track and analyze learning metrics across all platforms.Training & Development
Design, develop, and facilitate impactful training programs aligned to business priorities.Identify and implement process improvements and innovation within L&D and talent management functions.Employee Engagement
Lead annual employee engagement survey end-to-end.Serve as primary liaison between survey vendor and internal stakeholders.Build executive-level and firmwide presentation decks to communicate survey insights.Facilitate action planning sessions to drive culture enhancements.Qualifications
5+ years in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or a similar HR role within a fast-paced global organization.Proven experience designing and managing enterprise talent programs.Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills.Strong facilitation and presentation capabilities.Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data reporting / analytics tools.
