Facilities Cleaning Associate

As a Facilities Cleaning Associate, you'll play a valued role in our dedicated team of five, reporting directly to our Facilities Manager. Together, you will ensure that every corner of our corporate headquarters shines, both inside and out. Your commitment to excellence will enhance the comfort of staff and visitors alike, all while championing sustainability, promoting recycling, and utilizing eco-friendly products.

Location : 4600 Olson Memorial Highway, Golden Valley, MN 55422

Schedule : Monday through Friday : 9 : 30AM-6PM

You will share your talents as a Facilities Cleaning Associate in the following ways :

• Clean and maintain offices, lunch / break room, conference / meeting rooms, restrooms and locker room including surfaces, interior windows, etc.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, or vacuum floors, including using heavy-duty janitorial equipment for stripping and waxing.
• Collect and dispose of trash, recycling and compost.
• Organize, operate and empty dishwashers.
• Remove debris, clear snow, and power wash walkways as needed.
• Maintain indoor and outdoor gardens by weeding and watering.
• Move and arrange furniture for space relocations, company events, and other needs.
• Assist with building opening / closing procedures as needed.
