North Carolina Licensed Triage Nurse

A company is looking for a Triage Nurse (Remote, Contact Center).

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, efficient, and compassionate care to patients via telephone triage

Assess patient needs, offer clinical advice, and ensure appropriate follow-up care

Handle high volume healthcare calls autonomously while adhering to client-specific guidelines

Required Qualifications

2+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in emergency or telephonic triage settings

Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of North Carolina or eligibility for Compact State Nursing License

Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills via telephone

Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously

Ability to type 50 WPM with accuracy
