Position Summary : Global C2 Integration Technologies (GC2IT) seeks a dynamic and mission-driven Open-Source Collection Specialist providing tactical and operational OSINT support to DHS I&A's mission of identifying and assessing emerging threats. This position operates in a high-tempo, multi-source intelligence environment to collect, analyze, and disseminate actionable intelligence derived from publicly available information across surface, deep, and dark web domains.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct 24 / 7 OSINT collection and analysis using government-approved tools, following established TTPs for surface, deep, and dark web exploitation.
  • Develop and execute OSINT collection plans addressing DHS priority intelligence requirements (PIRs) and Homeland Intelligence Priority Framework (HIPF) objectives.
  • Collect, evaluate, and disseminate open-source intelligence on domestic and international threats to homeland security, including terrorism, cyber threats, and CI / KR vulnerabilities.
  • Maintain OSINT threat profiles, trend analysis, and situational reporting in coordination with Watch operations.
  • Support crisis monitoring, emergent threat assessments, and DHS analytic production.
  • Produce and deliver daily, weekly, and ad hoc OSINT summaries and respond to RFIs.
  • Assist in OSINT methodology development, new tool vetting, and collection policy refinement.

Requirements :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in International Studies, Intelligence, Homeland Security, or related discipline.
  • Experience : Minimum 6 years performing OSINT collection or analysis in a tactical / operational setting.
  • Clearance : TS / SCI eligibility.
  • Knowledge : Deep familiarity with open-source platforms, social media exploitation, data aggregation tools, and DHS intelligence operations.
  • Skills : Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, OSINT collection systems, and analytic writing for executive audiences.
  • Desired Qualifications

  • DHS or IC experience in intelligence analysis or collection.
  • Experience developing OSINT collection plans and dissemination strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively in 24 / 7 / 365 operations under time-sensitive conditions.
