Licensed Clinical Case Manager

A company is looking for a Clinical Case Manager Behavioral Health - Work at Home.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of members' needs and eligibility for services

Facilitate care planning and provider coordination for members' physical and behavioral health needs

Perform crisis intervention and follow-up to ensure members receive appropriate treatment

Required Qualifications

3 years of direct clinical practice experience post-master's degree

3 years of knowledge of mental health and substance abuse disorders

3 years of experience with simultaneous phone communication and typing

3 years of experience using Motivational Interviewing and technology

Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license
