Job descriptionDesign and lead personalized fitness programs for clients of all levels Collaborate with therapists to ensure safe, effective training plans Conduct assessments and track client progress Educate clients on exercise techniques and healthy habits Foster a positive, motivating workout environment Contribute ideas and energy to help shape our growing brand Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent) CPR / AED certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with post-rehab clients is a plus Entrepreneurial spirit and team-oriented mindset Competitive pay with room for growth Flexible scheduling Built-in referrals from our clinical partner Supportive, collaborative team culture Opportunity to be part of something new and impactful
