Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy equipment, including maintaining engine performance, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
• Provide timely and effective troubleshooting to minimize downtime for customers.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding equipment issues, repairs needed, and estimated timelines for work.
• Document service work performed and maintain detailed records of repairs and parts used.
• Work independently in the field while adhering to safety best practices and company policies.
• Collaborate with office staff to ensure a seamless workflow and quick turnaround on repairs.
• Stay current with industry trends and continue enhancing technical knowledge through ongoing training and development.
