Position Overview – Business Development Specialist (Manufacturing Division):
We are seeking qualified candidates for an Inside Sales Representative to do B2B calls for one or more of the following industries: OEM, steel, chemical, or gas industry, industrial machine equipment sales, automation, electronics, rubber, plastic extrusion, injection, or the blow molding industry.
The ideal candidate must have previous B2B sales experience, be a self-starter, competitive, driven, articulate, thoughtful, and have experience speaking to all levels of management and closing sales. Responsibilities:
Find new opportunities and build the sales pipeline through strategic prospect management, cold-calling, and emailing.
Qualify prospects in terms of their needs, goals, and business environment.
Coordinate with clients to align their requirements with prospects to provide opportunities to quote.
Track all activities through our CRM (Zoho) to create a weekly report providing details of insights, conversations, and pipeline highlights.
Requirements:
1-3 years of business development and sales hunting experience in the engineering, industrial, and/or manufacturing industries.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and exemplary professionalism are required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
Must be able to work independently and be highly motivated.
Benefits:
Full-time W2 position - 100 % Remote work model (must reside in the U.S.).
This role has a negotiable salary range of $50,000 - $75,000 per year.
