Job Summary
Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate! The Assistant Property Manager serves as the face of the company, providing exceptional service to residents at 7 properties (roughly 375 units) in the Beaver Falls area. Reporting to the Property Manager, this person helps to manage day-to-day property management, leasing, and resident satisfaction at apartment and townhome communities.
Salary Range : $24-26 / hour Benefits

Core Responsibilities
Maximize operational performance of propertiesProvide excellent customer service through prompt, professional, and authentically caring responsesLead the leasing efforts for your property group by executing or overseeing advertising, applications, showings, walkthroughs, move-ins, and renewalsMaintain clean and safe properties by resolving tenant complaints, conducting weekly onsite inspections, and enforcing rules of occupancyOther duties as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estateSuccessful Candidate Profile
Experience
2+ years experience in leasing or property managementIn-depth understanding of Pittsburgh's market-rate multi-family real estate industryExperience with Section 8 (HACP, ACHA)Experience with AppFolio or other property management softwareScattered site experience (preferred)Experience working with diverse populationsSkills
Technology savvyExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong skills in written, verbal, and persuasive communicatio nOrganizational skills, time management, and attention to detailWork Style
