Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will provide exceptional customer service, operate cash registers and POS terminals, and ensure a positive experience for all guests.

Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Operate cash registers, POS terminals, and electronic scanners to conduct monetary transactions with customers.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restocking items as needed and answering the phone.

Greet customers, take orders, and enter them into the POS terminal with accuracy and efficiency.
