Transportation Project Manager – South Dakota, Sioux Falls

At HR Green, our Transportation Project Managers lead the delivery of critical infrastructure projects that connect people and support growing communities. This role is based in Sioux Falls and offers the opportunity to guide roadway and highway projects from concept through completion while building strong client relationships along the way.
You will play a key role in delivering high quality transportation projects while balancing scope, schedule, and budget, and contributing to the continued growth of our Transportation practice.
About the Role
In this role, you will lead transportation projects focused on roadway interchange and highway design, working closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle.
You’ll be involved in project planning, design oversight, client communication, and construction coordination, gaining visibility across all phases of delivery.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced leadership while building your ability to manage complex projects, lead teams, and drive successful outcomes. Over time, you will take on greater ownership of client relationships, project strategy, and team leadership.
