Electrical Project Leader / Foreman  – What You Will Do

You will oversee a large team of commercial electricians (total downline of 100+), working on commercial job sites including commercial buildings, medical offices, universities, retail centers, hospitals and healthcare centers (emphasis on healthcare and medical projects) within Houston and the surrounding areas (no overnight travel!)

• Oversee all phase of the electrical project, including reading plans and blueprints to understand the project’s requirements and scope, plan the crew’s activities, and oversight of the project budget
• Manage and motivate a team of electricians, providing guidance and support and troubleshooting complex electrical issues
• Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites, ensuring safety and that work is performed to project specifications
• Participate in the safety process to ensure team is safe and protected

Your compensation will be $35-50 per hour + depending on experience, and includes potential for overtime and additional bonus potential.
