Specialty Infusion Pharmacist position details:

• Facility: Prosper Infusion Location: Westchase, FL Status: Full time, exempt Shift: 8:30AM - 5:00PM Weekend Work: Negotiable On Call: No Specialty Infusion Pharmacist Responsibilities: The infusion pharmacist should have an above average knowledge of issues relations to the provision of IV, respiratory and other therapies in a home setting.
• The pharmacist will work closely with home infusion health care nurses providing care to the patients and ensure the needs of the patient are met/monitored.
• Duties may include - special assignments, process validation and competency assessment.

Certifications and Licensure:

• Required: Pharmacist - State of FL Preferred: ASHP (Pharmacist) Requirements Required: Bachelor's Degree; PharmD preferred Preferred: Home Infusion or Specialty Pharmacy experience Prosper Infusion is all about making the most of your life and loving your career.
