Internal Medicine physician employment in Maryland :

A largea physician-managed practice, with a strong, supportive office team, is actively seeking an Internal Medicine physician. We operate two successful locations near Baltimore, MD, both of which serve diverse, well-established patient populations with a favorable payor mix.

Position Highlights

Base salary with the potential for a productivity-based bonus calculated on RVU vs. collections (whichever is higher).
An excellent financial package provided.
Work in an outpatient-only primary care group setting.
Advanced Practice Provider support and certified nutritionistson staff.
Group has the security of hospital employment with the autonomy of private practice - decisions are made directly by the providers.
Recognized within LifeBridge Health as a top-performing outpatient practice, particularly in terms of workflow, metrics, and achieving payor incentive goals.
