Job descriptionServes as the Clerk for Magistrate Court. To maintain an orderly database of files for all traffic citations and prepare all documents related to Traffic To accept payments for all traffic citations and answer telephone calls during normal duty hours. Serve as Assistant to the Town Clerk (more information will be provided when interviewed) High School diploma or equivalent, and one (1) year clerical or records management experience. Must pass a post-offer pre-employment drug screening. Possess a current State of Louisiana driver’s license Skilled at Equipment utilized, oral and written communication, and data entry
The Town of Lecompte is now hiring a Full-time Fines Clerk / Assistant Town Clerk.
Hours : 5 days a week from 7 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m.
Pay : $13.86 an hour
Benefits : Healthcare, Sick leave, Vacation leave, & Holiday
Pay (pending 90-day probation)
