Personnel Security Representative Sr.
Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced Personnel Security Representative Sr. to join our DoD SCI Personnel Security team within our Space organization. You will be responsible for submission of DoD SCI nominations, adverse and foreign travel reporting, focusing on delivering exceptional service to our SCI customers and Lockheed Martin Program management. You will also be instrumental in identifying areas for process improvement and automation, leveraging your technical expertise to implement innovative solutions and enhance the overall efficiency of our personnel security operations. Additional responsibilities include :
- Process and submit Foreign Travel to DoD SCI customers to aid in the support of timely reporting mandates set by the customer(s).
- Become a SME (Subject Matter Expert) on Adverse Reporting for DoD SCI customers. Aid Lockheed Martin employees in timely and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate actions with local Program Security teams across the Space organization to ensure the customer requirements are being met for SCI Briefings, Debriefings and adverse reporting.
- Maintain information held within internal security systems with nomination processes steps to ensure proper tracking of all DoD SCI nominations.
- Assist DoD SCI customer SSO's with setting up employee interviews.
- Develop and maintain established relationships with DoD SCI customers.
- Identify areas for process improvement and automation, and work with the team to implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Personnel systems, and enterprise needs, applying this knowledge to improve personnel security processes and procedures.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of personnel security requests.
Basic Qualifications :
Active Top Secret / SCI clearance with ability to pass a PolygraphExperience in personnel security, with a focus on DoD SCI programs and ICD 704 regulationsDesired Skills :
Familiarity and demonstrated use of applicable PERSEC systems.Demonstrated writing and presentation skills.Technical understanding of CWAN, Scattered Castles, DISS, and other personnel security systemsSecurity Clearance Statement : This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
