Maintenance Technician

Are you handy, reliable, and ready to take pride in keeping properties in top shape? Our client is hiring a  Maintenance Technician.

  • General property upkeep and grounds keeping
  • Mowing , landscaping, and exterior maintenance
  • Light electrical and plumbing repairs
  • Communicate professionally with tenants and respond to maintenance needs
  • Any other duties are tasks that may be asked of you

Schedule : Monday – Friday | 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM Pay : $20 / hour

Requirements :

  • Solid customer service and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
  • Reliable and ready to work—this is a temp-to-hire opportunity!
