We're looking for a Senior Sales Executive to help scale our business by leveraging your existing relationships and bringing new, high-value customers into our network. This is a high-impact role where you can close big deals, move fast, and be part of something special-not just another cog in the wheel.

Responsibilities

As an early sales hire, you'll drive revenue growth by building a pipeline of high-quality shippers, closing deals, and ensuring long-term customer success.

Meet & Exceed Sales Targets

• Source new shippers and build a pipeline of customers that fit the Aifleet profile.
• Conduct proactive outreach to secure meetings and bid opportunities.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from pricing strategy to securing premium rates over spot pricing.
• Ensure loads transition smoothly to the operations team for execution.
• Maintain and grow relationships with newly acquired shippers to secure ongoing and expanding business.
