Evening Mail Processing Specialists

C&S has an immediate opening for full-time Evening Mail Processing Specialists in Jefferson City, Missouri.

Salary / hours for Evening Mail Processing Specialist : $15 + shift differential 10% ($16.50 / hr.) + quarterly bonus based on performance and attendance + paid time off; Monday-Friday (3 : 30 p.m.-12 a.m.)

Responsibilities for Evening Mail Processing Specialists :

• process incoming and outgoing mail
• maintain updated knowledge of project and corporate policies and procedures as referenced in the employee manual and other desk procedures for the position
• receive, sort, and open mail
• prepare mail, such as applications, returned mail and verification documents for scanning
• print documents for outbound mailing and prep and scan
• create batches to prepare for transition to document scanning, including using appropriate separator sheets; image documents using scanner; store documents after scanning in controlled secure storage room
• operate mail room equipment including letter opener, sorter, shredder, postage meter, imaging / scanning equipment, etc.
• ensure mail room and scanning equipment are maintained according to schedule and in good operating order and notify the Operations Manager of any equipment problems or failures immediately upon identification
