Overall Purpose
Project Management at VaynerMedia provides a crucial perspective on the business dynamics. Our team is collectively redefining & modernizing the way our clients harness consumer & cultural intelligence, develop brand strategy & plan for attention.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Be the hub between creative, account, strategy, media & all other internal teams, driving projects forward quickly & efficiently
- Work closely with Account Leads to define project requirements, develop budgets & timelines, write statements of work, & plan resources for all projects
- Manage the project throughout the full life cycle of projects including but not limited to : Paid & Organic Brand Creative, Social Content, Digital Videos, & Partnership Activations / Events. Experience working on B2B brands in addition is a plus
- Build project plans with an understanding of internal resources, third-party capabilities, time requirements, & business objectives
- Lead & schedule necessary project related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, inter-agency meetings, & deliverables reviews
- Keep all project stakeholders (creative, account, strategy, production, analytics, etc.) on track to hit all deadlines by ensuring proper briefings, check-ins, hand-offs, & information transfer
- Work closely with the Director of Project Management, Creative leads & Account Directors to manage & allocate resources in an effective & efficient way
- Develop staffing plans & write client SOWs, vendor agreements, change orders, & other contract documents
- Aid in the management of the freelance process when resources are needed, hired, & utilized
- Liaise with finance, operations & legal teams on project & client needs
- QC organic assets for brand & legal compliance
- Managing the organization & tracking of project documentation using a project management tool
- Act as producer on small scale productions
EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
7-9 years strategically building brands at a top agency, working for Fortune 500 clients - must have experience understanding the intersection of business strategy, consumer insights & digital behavior in grounding big, purposeful ideasManagement experience, recognized for their ability to balance multiple work-streams with easeStrong leadership experience, recognized for their ability to empower a teamStrong communication skills, demonstrated through their ability to interact with & influence people of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork & collaborative resultsStrategic thinking with balanced analytical & creative approach to integrated marketing planningUnderstanding of multiple channels for communications & connections, & their role in brand & content marketingSelf-motivated & demonstrates initiative in identifying opportunities, discerning a clear path forward & acting upon them swiftlyUnsure if you meet the qualifications?
