Tuesday - Friday 7 : 30am - 5pm and Saturday 9am - 2pm, 5 days weekly

14 - 18 patients per day

Primary care clinic

2 years NP / PA primary care experience required

Pediatric through geriatric patient population

Basic primary care including preventative and wellness visits

May float to other clinic locations as needed

Pain management and controlled substance prescribing required
